Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 2% low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup 2% reduced-fat cow’s milk or high-protein plant-based milk, such as soy milk
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy!

Notes

I used reduced-fat rather than low-fat or non-fat because I was seeking creaminess, but you can opt for lower-fat/lower-calorie cottage cheese and milk.
